Can we be a little empathetic with a fellow skater who grew up hard, has some demons, and is still trying to figure it all out? He has never kooked it and was in over his head at a young age, coming out the hood ... Lost him mom's and others. Grew up around gang banging, brother in prison for like 15. Put yourself in his shoes. Give the man a break.... I don't feel that he owes anything to us but too himself. I mean with people like David loy and that one DGK kook still being around... We should all be rooting for twuan, he is a rare one in our culture.

Also. We all love Reynolds but, is it just me or did he come off as kind of shady and selfish when it came to the way he deals with younger skaters for his brands? Not these days but for a while during the mid to late 2000's he reminded me of restaurant owners in denial on kitchen nightmares when Gordon Ramsay would call them out... Just subverting and making excuses as if he was unaware of what was going on around him. Again people grow and it's no shade towards Reynolds now but for awhile I found him kind of annoying. Though, you can never really trust edited interviews.

It’s normal he a still a bit angry about baker making profit of his chaotic/violent behavior and then letting him down when they didn’t find Dixon profitable anymore.
I like Reynolds and Ellington too but they supossed to be the mature ones and help him any times possible.
