Nike axed their rollerblade program since they converted so many fruitbooters into skateboarders. They also freed up some room by retiring Hurley shoes.

the other day i was skating with my friend and these kids who looked to be about 15 came riding up on scooters, all of them wearing nike 6.0s.

i felt like i had entered another reality where it was acceptable to scooter after puberty.  i mean, i know kids still rollerblade and shit, but i would imagine they would catch too much shit for riding scooters to continue.  i guess in that sense it's kind of cool.

From what i hear is that Jordan Brand and Nike are two different companies now. And Jordan now makes shoes for all sports like nike does. It was only a matter of time before this happened. I heard a year ago that antwuan dixon was on the team also.

The Jordan skate shoes look ugly and the soles reminded me Savier.

The colors of the first Jordan shoe on a nike dunk sb, would look better.

I can see tons of kids wearing these.
For example, in my neck of the woods there's this whole group of locals that wear Jordan III/IV/V reissues to school everyday, then skate in AF1's or SB's.
The Jordan brand is still popular as fuck.
