Oh No I was just hinting that Detroit fans hate Chicago fans probably more than anyone since the success Chicago has had in recent years and the sense that you guys feel like you're hockey town now. 

As for magic man, I think he will retire, but ive watched and admired his silky mitts, his deceptiveness, vision and overall professionalism for the last 15 years and the fact that he still has some of the best hands in the league along with the injury he came back from is a testament to how Mich of a legend he is.

Never a robot he used to be really really creative and after the concussion he simplified his game a bit which has only really hurt his goal scoring abilities and he's a little closer to ppg than the 100 pt mark every season

That's kinda my take on him as well.  He's talented and all but he does come off as bitchy.

No one can deny Crosby's talent and I have no doubts that like a lot of players, he's super appreciative of his fans (I think he hooked up a Senators superfan who has this rare skin condition with a bunch of tailored suits from his personal tailor to wear to the games because he gets to sit with the scouts), but he's definitely very whiney and will kick and scream at the smallest perceived slight.  At least it doesn't seem like the NHL is blowing smoke up his ass as much as they used to.

NHL is getting too pussy, Scott Stevens threw those borderline hits his whole career and got praised for it. Today you get fined and suspended...

I think the league and a lot of hockey fans....we're looking to suspend Orpik.....

I used to watch a lot of the giants games in junior and you can see exactly what will happen.....1) visors mandatory/grandfather 2) penalty for helmet coming off in a fight.....

Suddenly you have two guys punching each other in the visor......

How many fights are there in games that matter?  It'll somewhat be around but not part of the game the way it use to....hitting...they'll start looking at....'did you ever think you were going to get the puck?'  Hitting came about due to incidental contact....it was refined and perfected...

As much as they hit like that in the 90's.....they didn't in the 70's....or even before that.....it's way more open now....dudes are way bigger and faster....sooner or later the league will do something....they did something about the clutching and grabbing....bench clearing brawls and scrums..this will happen....
