How we falling for gimmicks but still in way better shape that the average person? come on now

Its good to hit your muscles from different angles as opposed to only doing static motions especially with things that focus on stability. when you use shit like the maces or whatever its to condition your body and all the little muscles inbetween to properly "catch" the extra weight at an angle and still maintain your overall balance. I do this type of shit personally and its the only way i could've gained 25 pounds of muscle and still be even more agile & well-balanced than I was before. Sure, I could've done really static exercises and made those same muscle gains, but I wouldn't know how to throw around all that extra weight and it would've thrown me off balance in certain situations. Im no expert but I work with ones who put me on game all the time. Niggas don't just do shit for no reason fam... Danny said he's preparing for some crazy shit so clearly he's putting on extra muscle to better take any potential impacts while the stability training is so he's able to still control all that extra weight while flying through in the air. its not too hard to understand...[close]
