By typing this statement you are hereby acknowledging the fact that you are fully aware that there is indeed such a thing as personal preference, and not only does this kind of thinking actually exist, but that you believe in it.
But what you may not be aware of is that you can apply this particular train of thought to other subjects that aren't music.
Here are a couple of easy to follow examples:
1. Someone likes "A", and you don't.
That's cool.
2. You like "B", but someone else doesn't.
Also cool!
Personal preference, baby!
It really is a wonderful concept isn't it?
Now all you have to do is try applying it the next time you smugly shit all over someone or something that other people happen to like but you don't.
Also, and this is really convenient, it can be applied when something or someone that
you happen to like is (gasp!)
shown dislike by another person.Suuuuper easy.
