I feel like there are different categories of ledge skating.
Obviously all ledge skating (should) involve some level of technical difficulty but even these may be split. For instance, Suciu and MJ (Boobby DeScheisser ot some extent) tend to do hard ledge tricks but with "basic" tricks (e.g., hardway in, alley oop, weird pop outs)
Then you have guys, where speed and the distance their sliding/ grinding is the more focal aspect: Busenitz, Nik Stain, AVE
Others go the "usual" flip in, flip out way: Shane, Wade, PJ Ladd, PRod, Mike Mo, also MJ
For me, Wade would be in top tier bracket of the flip in /flip out category, but less relevant for "surprising" tech or speed/distance
