was skeptical of them, after hearing all this about how they're nothing more than overpriced shitty generic foam, but after having developed some painless, minor clicking in my left knee i just bought a set of footprint hi profile kingfoam gold's
what a difference compared to stock insoles... was kinda worried that they'd be too spongy/squishy or soft or whatever, but they're pretty firm...
i also hate when the top layer of fabric on stock insoles would separate from the foam part, these have some nice thick woven material on top, feels breathable and they're stitched onto the base foam portion.
worth the price of admission, imo.
