Natas' part with the Firehose song was the first to blow my mind.

Both Koston and Natas are legends.

Looks like the spot has been made more skate-able since Natas' wallride...

The only way Koston is coming close to one upping Natas with that is if he killed Natas first and skinned him, wore Natas' skin over his skin, and then performed that wallride for his Nike ad.

Even with that he'd be close, but he still wouldn't one up Natas.

in 10 years - an skater made trannie and only one stone higher!!!
I think Natas was 2001 not pro anymore, he was doing design fulltime.

And this 5.O is the nike compain, for the Nr. 1 Pro with the new shoe???

to each their own but natas for me. i can't really remember anything embarassing that natas has ever done while koston has his moments. besides, natas is the real father of street skating. sure him and gonz were both progressing it at the same time but natas was first to put out parts that changed the game from launch ramps and street plants to street skating.

I attended a senior arts symposium with photographer Anthony Friedkin and he randomly flashed a slide of Natas (I recognized the shot from his Thrasher interview). Strangely, he went on a tangent, addressing an audience of mostly 70+ year olds, about how high Natas could wallride from flat ground.

i gave my speech final my senior year of high school in 90 on natas, how he changed skateboarding and the contraversy surrounding his name. it blew my teacher away, she gave me an A and said that she rarely saw anyone so prepared on a topic and able to confidently answer questions about it. the truth was that my only perparation had been being stoked on natas and reading thrasher on the shitter all year long. but natas stoke is undenable and appropriate for any audience IMHO.
