Premier shop deck 8.5
Indy 19ti (w/cast baseplates, aftermarket Indy conical bushings, riptide pivot cups)
SF F4 Classic 54mm 99a (Labor shop)
Swiss
Jessup

I had to go back and gnar this twice because it’s so god damn pretty.
Well I have like 9 Andy Anderson dated flight decks.

Been riding the same trucks, wheels, and similar sized decks for the last few decks and it definitely helps with dialing in tricks. I was swapping trucks, wheels, shapes each new deck before that and having a consistent config is definitely the way to go for me. That being said, I'm also feeling the itch to switch it up for no reason whatsoever. My trucks are whittling down and the minute I see some axle I am going to use it as an excuse to swap to some indys most likely.

thanks.  i bought the deck during the height of the pandemic, when someone else on here posted it, maybe in the recently purchased thread.  then forgot about it, and found it under a heap of winter stuff that I hadnt put away yet.

i keep going back and forth between conicall full and classics... typically conical full in the winter months when im attempting flipping my board less and skating more garbage-spots, and then it always feels great to get back on classics in the spring/summer.  like getting a summer hair cut.

hardly art, hardly starving

polar dane 1 9.75
independent 169s
bones hard
slimeball 97a 58mm (not loving these so not for long)
reds
also included are vans skate epoch sports that I am really enjoying despite my initial skepticism due to the amount of trash I've heard about the vans skate line.

Really glad I sent it on this deck and pulled out these old parts. I usually enjoy putting some stickers on my decks but this one feels really good without them.

Tiight. Any comments on how it skates? I love the shape but got in my head about the length and am now waiting to actually see one somewhere in person.
I only skate prime numbers, so it's either 53s or 59s, feast or famine

New park setup:
Polar Shin Surf Jr. shape
ACE 44’s with 1/16th shock pads
58mm OJ Mini Combo’s.
Quantum Atoms

Didn’t realize there was a difference between the surf shape and the surf jr. shape. Flipped the mini combos with the conical edge on the inside and the rounded edge outside. They’re also pretty grippy for a 101a, which is great because I had buyers remorse thinking I should’ve gotten a softer wheel. Atoms seem fast enough, but I’m also skating 58’s and skating ramps so it’s hard to tell

Loving these G052 Craig decks. 8.25 with a bit of taper and a 14" wheelbase. I've skated two of the PS-Stix versions and two of the Chinese woodshop versions - I like the Chinese ones way better. Nice and poppy with 4 beautiful dyed plies.

Specs:
Chocolate Raven Tershy 8.25 (G052 shape)
Independent Titanium 144's w/ Bones hard bushings
Spitfire Classics 54mm 97a (maybe 52mm now)
Bones Swiss bearings
Jessup as always

Don't get me wrong, there's some pretty fucking rad setups on here. The darkroom and other short, fatties look so fun.

However, after skating this board a couple times, it's probably one of my favorites ever. Never thought I'd buy a Birdhouse, but I hope they keep making this shape. Goes perfect with Indy's but might try my Ventures on it this weekend.

So rad, how do you like the Ace shock pads? Do they make the set-up sound dead at all?

That's news to me as well, so guess there's three iterations of the surf shape now. What's the length and WB on the Jr?

Damn this looks so nice. Is it as full as it looks in the picture? The nose and tail, that is. I see the slight overall taper from front to back, but it looks like a pretty meaty nose and tail, in a good way.

Nose is definitely full, less than a FA / Hockey, and a hair less than GX1000 / Quasi. Can't recall the tail, but the dimensions are definitely good fun.

Some runs are made in China, some at PS Stix. Shapes stay the same.
