I can confirm that shit is true. I have a mutual friend of Torey's and heard about Steve trying to get him kicked off DVS a while back. Torey still seriously hates Steve, but for that kind of cash I can't blame him for being in BATB2. Gotta get that money, weed ain't free.

A board company would be better.  Because right now Berra's canteen sells pretty much every major brand out there.  They're not taking business from skate companies, they're taking business from local shops.  Just selling their own exclusive product as their own brand would be way less offensive in the overall picture...but likely make Berra a lot less money.  So he'll just stick to the current plan, cash in as much as he can while the Berrics is still hot, then peace out to a nice retirement on his own after it's all over.  Of course leaving the small local shop community (which has supported skateboarding through the good times and the bad) in ruin.  He's pretty much just opening the floodgates for mall shops to officially take over the industry.  Thank You Steve Berra.
