There's a quote, perhaps apocryphal, attributed to Joe Kennedy soon before the crash of 1929 saying, "you know it's time to sell when shoeshine boys give you stock tips."
I think the same heuristic applies here. Once Mikey Taylor, president of Commune Capital, is slinging "multi-family and mixed-use properties in gentrifying areas. We look for opportunities with significant potential for appreciation and/or income with our “value-add” strategy for the property," something is amiss.
