Holy shit my son, do some calastetics in betwenn those slices. I actually stopped eating Pizza too, its to easy to live off of. I'd drink like 3-4 Dr. Peppers a day and consume 2 slices a couple times a day, i couldn't skate, i felt like doo doo. when they say you are what you eat they mean it. I eat better now and feel better on my board not all weighted down and what not. I felt like i used to sweat spinach con queso out my pores when id skate

keep track of what you eat calorie wise.
you'll be appalled at what you intake.
more protein and less carbs/sugar.
not saying cut that stuff out but cut what you're eating in half.
energy drinks are singlehandedly making our society obese, well fast food too.
I'm at around 1600-1800 calories if im not skating and 2200-2600 if i am.
I eat every 2-3 hours, small snacks.
i work out 3 times a week and walk 3-5 days a week, around 4-6 miles.
i realize this is a little overly ambitious but at 34 i refuse to be the overweight dude who pushes around for 20 minutes and huffs and puffs.
i wanna skate til im 50.

I have sort of the same game plan as Bothersome, I just turned 29 and dont want to go to shit, i wanna push as long as I can. I run 3 days a week and lift lightly 4. Takeing care of yourself physically not only keeps you on point with your skating, but mentally too. I eat alot of leaner foods and alot of protein. I'm by no means a calorie counter. I just watch what i eat throughout the day. And treat myself right to a gnarly cheeseburger on sundays. Ah lee, we were watching party footage compiled over the last 6 months and its pretty insane, but cameos are always welcome

aha its funny you bring that up..I was just thinking yesterday how I almost rid myself of that lifestyle for good, but it came back in force. two hours is alot for me...used to session this park for about that much time then sneak in Old country buffet and chow down..sometimes I don't really feel like stopping eating, but lately I've been getting excited on trying to get good at skating again. keep you posted man

Yeah i used to do that too, Wes. Lately I've just refrained from eating a fat bag of Doritos every night and just substituted ONE candy bar. It's like a reward every day, you get to smoke then eat your snickers all proud. Plus, I don't have the money or parents to buy me endless supplies of the shit i used to eat. When i wake up in the morning I don't take those power bomb shits and I actually feel refreshed.

Eric logans part especially the first clip was my favorite along with nick immidiato...........another major stand out was the nollie frontside flip switch front board line, forgot who it was......can't forget bothersome either, very fun to watch I like the trooper arm thing you do before certain tricks

So dope, unbelievalbe how all of this happened over the web. Notable mentions to Eric Logan, really good hardflip, also enjoyed the nose manual to back lip. Toy Machine has sick style, then obviously the last couple parts Universal Remonster, Ah Lee, and Nick Immediato were all crazy. Well, being a pal is the only real stipulation of getting in it. I think when the first one came out I had like 1,010 posts and had no friendships but with 2 pals and I got put in it.
If you're a pal and you've got footage, you're in, even if you were a piece of shit. so ice nine's incorrect on all accounts.
just don't spam the boards to get in it is all we ask. so long as these things continue to be fun to work on, I can see pleanty more of them comming out
