somebody give me some ideas for fast, healthy meals. i'm running out of ideas here.
easiest thing is sandwiches. just use wheat bread, lean meat (turkey or ham) and low fat cheese (or no cheese)
you probably want at least 4-6oz of meat and if your going to use mayo get the low fat stuff, otherwise mustard is your friend
also do the same thing with burgers. get turkey, lean beef or meatless patties and then wheat buns and dress same as sandwich above. i usually cut the bun in 3s like a big mac but throw out the middle piece so it's less carbs. if you do them like mc donalds hamburgers their not bad cold either. usually cook a bunch early in the week and then stash in the fridge at work. if you really want to go off, grab some turkey bacon too.
