14 billion thumbs down

Looks like a parody.
-
Can we please refer to him by his real name Thomas Eblen Hage
-
That was definitely him making a joke of it and was actually pretty funny.
-
he's a cool dude
always shocked when reminded how young he is too
-
I like him. Maybe he seems pretentious but he's only 21. He values creativity and if he's been making clothes since 15 that's cool to see his commitment at a young age.

I just learned that Barry Lyndon is actually satire. British humour is so refined.
-
that was not creative or art, he just showed off a bunch of brands.
-
fucking cringe man, i like his skating but this sucked... it felt so pretentious

Do you know what the word pretentious means? Not relevant here. Ofcourse feel free to hate him for hundreds of petty reasons but ultimately this guy is a really positive role model for young kids and is actually pretty down to earth - sounds like a lot of you are just getting choked up on his success and the fact hes not working class or 'skate-core to the bone'.
-
how is he positive? pushing out of reach brands to children?
-
Another one of these for whom skateboarding is subservient to fashion. Dylan was one too.

Blondey is great. This video is fun.

I am not a big fan of his skating so his kookiness gets no pass as far as I am concerned. He isn't the worst by any means but people who don't skate are definitely going to see this and it will more than likely inform their opinion about something I hold dear. Skate culture has always been at least moderately laughable but the high influx of media in this day and age makes it so much more apparent. I am too jaded and narrow minded to be the target audience of this one.

The check me out piece. He actually might be pretty cool. I just didn't like his part in the Adidas video but good for him. I hate everything.

Well if there's one thing that matters most to everyone here, it's the opinions of people who don't skate.

Blondey is the worse. THere's so many better skaters in London than him and this upper class twat gets on Palace. He saids it himself, he's been accused of ripping of Working Class culture and he has.
Oh yeah and liking Princess Diana, The Queen, Prada and Knitwear? He wasn't being satirical, he was
being a posh artschool cock.
-
bout to start calling everyone posh art-school cocks irl
-
He looks cool enough to me. -Good on him.

He didn't go to art school, but he is a posh cock.

You have focussed on a tiny aspect there. Watch his other interviews/pay attention and it might make sense to you.
Blondey Mccoy isn't my cup of tea either but at least he's being himself with a degree of grace.

He raises quite a lot of awareness and support for mental health issues.
Particularly for young people.
-
expected much more of an accent, pretty suprised i could understand him that well. That being sad, while i have no problem figureing out the literal meaning of his said things, i cannot grasp if he is joking/ performing satire or he is serious
