I know tx is pretty much legend status know having been in some of the biggest teams/ videos of his generation and Tiago probably hasn’t peaked yet but if you had to pick a favourite who would it be?

I think there's more difference or gap between Tiago right now and the average pro than TX at his prime and the average pro. But on the other hand, the difference back then between pros wasn't as accentuated as it is today.
I like TX's style more tho. Tiago's trick selection and approach is something else.

TX during Menikmati was probably well in the top 10 at the time. Tiago now my guess would be more so in a top 30 range with this overload of good skateboarders now a days. so I agree

I think a few things: 1. they are both unfuckwithable legends 2. They are legends for their own reasons . Kind of like lighting and thunder, Rodrigo and Tiago are like different deities/demi Gods. Rodrigo has some age on Tiago that's it.

When TX came on the scene he reminded me of lavar McBride 2.0. Could do any fucking trick and make it look awesome.
Tiago is a different beast, but hes in my top 5 right now for sure.

the generational comparison is parallel really. Watching tiago parts now feel just like watching rodrigo in CANT STOP or MENIKMATI. Crazy tech tricks on crazy euro and south american spots. TX tho.
Watching someone skate in Koston 1s is so much easier on the eyes than watching someone skate in some DC Lunar Landers. That alone makes me pick TX. and he doesnt wear tripe X tees and is soaking wet in every clip.

Stylewise tx has a lot more grace and finesse. Tiago has that straight back, bubble butt, deep squat style, which i don't like that much. That said he does do everything really proper.
But abilitywise Tiago is on another level, no one compares to him.
