Title: Raw Files are the best!
Post by: switchback on August 18, 2019, 01:29:14 PM
Don't get me wrong, I love a well-developed part with a cool song and solid editing. However, there's just something so enthralling about watching the process develop and sitting on the edge of their seat wondering if the next try will be the one. Some of my favorites:

Kyle Walker- Insane tricks. Huge obstacles. Watching him pull crazy stuff 1st or 2nd try is the stuff of legend.

P-Rod- Dude never falls. Watching him have to battle a trick is a nice reminder that he's human.

Jon Dickson- Maybe just because he's one of my favorite skaters, but watching him take slams and have his big frame whipped around, only to end up with a make so god damn buttery that you don't know how he pulled it off in the first place let alone with that amount of grace. Gold.

What are some of y'all's favorites? What are some you would die to see?

First one that comes to mind.
I’d love to see raw files or Guy Mariano from pretty sweet and fully flared

I just like the sounds.
When I'm at work, I have one monitor playing videos (usually a raw file type) while I do my work on the other monitor. It's the most pleasing kind of white noise there is.

P-Rod? He peddles Mcdonalds.

I enjoy those Lurknyc edits without music.

Most, if not all, the Emerica B-sides are awesome! Dug the videos, but liked these even more.

Karsten Kleppan's Rough Cuts was 10 minutes almost without any bails. Never forget that.
