Holy shakey-cam.
-
Wow that filming was really bad.
I don’t want to deny his talent, he does some impressive shit but his style is really boring to me.
-
Filming brought to you by the Michael J Fox Foundation.
-
Yo tambien didn’t like the filming.
Some good tricks though, his style reminds me of Tommy Fynn.
-
I didn't realize you could film stuff that shaky on a vx1000
-
Off topic but i wonder how many kids think they film “buttery” on their phones and then buy A VX. VX don’t got a post stabilizer hahah.
Reality check.
Talented skater but he even looks like he’s a skatepark skater in the streets. I respect his effort though.

All I could think of was Gary Rogers making fun of his bow legged style in Xgames some time ago. Style is weird but he obviously has the skills
-
Came for a lazer flip, stayed for the song choice and shitty filming.
-
Couldn't tell if he was coming from or on the way to the gym in half of those clips.
-
The guy who ran behind the dude at El toro filmed this
-
Filming and editing did this no favors, but it was cool to see dude do some tricks I wouldn’t expect. Ollie gap to nose manual was crazy

I'll gnar you for this like 900 posts from now, consider this an IOU

If ever there was a time for a filmer/editor to Alan Smithee a project, this would be it.

Someone should learn how to export in the right frame rate. Made me feel like I was going to throw up watching this
-
those noseslide variations felt insincere. like, I have a hard time believing he's truly about that noselide life. I want to see some pain and embarrassment behind those eyes. he's probably going for that "shucks, I'm elite but spontaneously chill like Durao" tip.

In before most of the "too athletic" trolls.
Agree on the filming, but Dashawn fucking rips.
-
Didn't think the filming itself was that bad (had a homie feel to it with basic camera settings and whatnot which I can actually back), but as it's been mentioned before it's the frame rate that killed it, making the whole watch skippy as fuck. Probably kind of sucks to put effort into trying to get good footage only for the editor to overlook the sequence settings whilst exporting with the little HD Thrasher intro.
I liked that unexpected kickflip front nose and the 180 nosegrind shove was so smooth.

Got a good laugh out of this

Idk man. I don't think the settings on the camera mattered. I'm usually pretty lenient on filming but all those lines looked like the filmer was intentionally swaying the camera around.

Honestly, I read the replies regarding the filming before watching the clip so out of curiosity I checked it out also to try and study that aspect. Turned out I couldn't even focus on the camera movement at all (and just barely on the skating) because of all the frame skips. I don't think the filmer was that shaky himself, but it does look ten times worse when the video plays like morse code.

I like this dude's skating. That first line was sweet with that lil fakie shove followed by the switch back 180.
I just have a soft spot for anyone who throws a good looking switch back 180 into a line.
-
filming was crazy but caleb barnett has a bunch of goods in this video too. randomly yuto has a part as well.

They lost me when the slow-moed that flat ground nollie heelflip in a line.
