I'd say he's wearing jeans and/or work pants and a t-shirt in about 80% of his clips. The rest of the "flair" being free shit he gets from Supreme.
Probably the most chill items you could pick from that brand too.

I don't understand this confusion.
Just start with their feet.
One has a big swoosh on, the other three stripes.
Or, you know, you could consider how they have totally different faces, wear different clothes, and skate completely different spots in totally different ways.
Maybe that would work.
At best they're like a fun house mirror; somehow reflecting and complimenting each other's skateboarding in weirdly beautiful ways.

But be serious: when they were skating the same spots in say, Atlantic Drift, edited b2b, when Mike was on converse, skating the One Star Cc, and Casper was skating blazers with uppers and swooshes of the same shade, you'd understand why someone would mistake one for other? This thing that Jacob Harris himself has acknowledged several times? This mistake that, as mentioned in the thrasher feature on Atlantic Drift San Francisco, Mike's mother made looking at a picture of Casper? You'd have an idea, right?

I honestly can't. They don't look remotely similar on a board. Or in person. Or in the face. It's only the fact they're both big powerful dudes. But they skate really differently and look really different too.
As for Jacob, I'm pretty sure he's acknowledges it only because of how ridiculous it is that people online (and apparently their own mother's... okay, I'll give you that one, but mom's don't usually know much about skateboarding) constantly confuse them.
