It's new film from the guy who were filming Drozd back in the days! It's actually really good, dropping on VHS soon (I'm serious).

Barabakaa's work is really good, and the art direction of Absurd is as well! It is a shame that they don't get more coverage internationally (quartersnacks does always share).
Same crew as Golden Ring montage. I bet you'll love it.

Absurd is really low-key and I agree it's a shame.
Barabaka getting some international exposure, he is working on something with European skaters, hope it will drop soon.

The Absurd guys are very cool. They came to Vladimir again this year and held a little pop-up store thing there with nothing but white-on-red and red-on-white logo shirts (not sure they sold any), when they themselves were wearing their coolest shirts. When I asked them how come they weren't selling the good shirts, they just said they had sold out completely and only had the red logo shirts left to bring. Big stacks on the table. Good for them if they're killing it. Kirill then gave me a copy of Asphalt with the insert with the English translation thing that I have yet to dive into, and then he exhibited photos in an electrical transformer one needed to find for free drinks.

Kirill is such a legend not many know that he is one of the main entry points for skaters coming from the west into Russia.
