I say why not? get that money improve your life and secure your future beyond skating. He might be more hesitant now that he has Nike, Bianca, 917, supreme support where as back then it was quicksilver and vans (flow) or lakai am, Girl am. I appreciate that he did it fairly subtlety as opposed to Eli Reed. OP must have meant Eli Reed.

He also low key had/has a fashion photography career.

Is it wrong to have talents and interests outside of skateboarding? I don't know about you, but when I'm not working my day job, I like to do these other activities. They're called hobbies. Sometimes those hobbies can lead to monetary gains. Sometimes they're just fun to do. At least he has productive interests outside his "job", and doesn't just smoke weed and chill with the homies all day.

He's now 3 or 4 years in a deep patagonia/wellness phase. Keep up.

I think its more the lack of footage. I get it in a sense where his footage is rare so it is gold. But, I'm pretty sure he's only had two full parts in his career and both were early on (Fully Flared and Gnar Gnar). He probably had enough for Pretty Sweet but they made it shared (although he apparently only filmed for like 6 months for that), and has an epic shared a part with Dylan in Cherry, plus some other great stuff sprinkled around (Boys of Summer, Swoosh, etc). But, his company just put out a full video and he had almost no footage for it.

It is funny though how he's described as not caring about material crap in the Epicly Later'd down around Fully Flared.

"These young kids have this brand Eckhaus Latta, and the kids that are around the area that they use are in the scene, so they asked [my girlfriend] if I wanted to walk the show...I didn't want to...what's the point?...I don't need the fucking Slap message-board to be going off...I was telling Logan... [but] if we film it..and put it in my video part..it would be hilarious to throw that in your part...as a trick..it's ridiculous and kinda good at the same time...so I got the hammer.”

Olson Stylin on you while Stylin on you, and how collectively Stylin on us all.

He gives no fucks. And you give to many.
Handsome dude who could have just coupled that with his dads coattails and coasted, becomes incredible skateboarder, makes a name for himself, one, above the old man, and then decides to try his hand at a bunch of other shit he happens to be really good at. Hard to knock that. I'd like some more Olson clips too but if the dude happy then so be it. If I was 33 and had my dick in multiple crevasses as I fuck the world and or models, I probably would be skating just for the fun of it, and even then, only ever so often.

If you’ve got an agent who has your best interest in mind.

I had an opportunity in high school with a few kids parents who repped for them and it was definitely worth the money. I’m glad CK and a few others looked out.

I was in 97’ ads and 99’ mad money if you’re hooked up.
