This one might actually be good. Always wondered what happened to him. I'm wondering if he mentions anything about his buttcrack in Slaughterhouse.
edit: This is too long, someone let me know if it's worth sitting through or not.
-
dude has 11 sisters. Must be a record
-
4 hours of ragdoll doing anything, No thanks.
Better luck next week fellas what happened to all the OG and behind the scenes old heads. Shot turned into a street league pre-show and whatever the fuck this is.

Kind of annoying to listen to but he comes across a quite sincere.
-
Best one yet
-
‘Sif you wouldnt interview the guy from blink who was heavily into skating for your 182nd episode
-
*taps in*
Anyone listen yet? Wanna know if he talks about what happened with Birdhouse. Was always curious why he put out one board with them and then vanished.
-
Said he had something he was scared to share... 11 sisters. Say no' mo' fam.
-
Great episode.
around 2:30 hours in he starts talking about him battling depression and his problems, hes really sincere and well spoken and i recommend watching it.
the presents he brought were great too, that Es shirt he made for Kelly is so good.
Ragdoll is awesome.
-
Is Ragdoll the original GoFundMe skater? I remember him making a GoFundMe for himself shortly after him saying his problems were “nobody’s fucking business”.
-
Actually pretty good touches on his depression and suicidal thoughts
-
I haven’t heard it all but I agree. Ragdoll is way more sincere than I imagined. Without even knowing about him, i would have figured he would have been like Dill. Cool listen so far.
-
Good episode, he was really humble about his career. Sounded like he really just wanted to skate the whole time. I do think he’s leaving out details of drug abuse tho
-
timestamps of the chief being a kook?

Yeah, would've loved a Tom Delonge episode for 182.
-
I liked this episode. Good stories. Seems like a solid guy.
I listen at work so it’s almost background noise.

Actually a very good episode. The gifts were the best part.

We coulda talked about aliens with Tom for 4 hours.
-
Looks like someone got a Hot Topic gift card for Christmas.

Time stamps on the kook being a chief?
-
Listening right now. So far so good. The Muska story @ 47:32 & 1:20:05 funny
-
timestamps of the chief being a kook?
1:27:20 - 1:47:00 quite a few chief stories. This whole section worth a listen. So epic. To summarize, JT being an asshole, pinning Lindsey Robertson & Ragdoll against eachother, JT denying Ragdoll opportunity to be first skater to ollie El Toro. And the ending story with the Baker crew is so epic & best part starting at 1:41:00 which pissed JT off final nail in coffin
-
The amount of thought he put into those gifts was really cool.
-
did not listen to this but instead i watched this part again

Thaaaaaank you.
I know plenty of shit has been talked on the Nine Club but if they're going to openly state that they don't prepare for interviews then have episodes that are 6 hours long time-stamps would be much appreciated. Maybe they don't do that because there would be 30 minute gaps of something interesting being said haha

Sometimes his voice sounds like Pappalardo

Dece part, I guess.
hard pass though.
-
Ragdoll's part from Blackout is a pretty heavy nostalgia part for me so I'm in this one for the long haul.
-
The episode got really heavy when he was talking about his depression. I wont lie I got a lil emotional and teary eyed hearing the story. One of the brer episodes in a while.
-
ragdoll livin in a movie
hot tramp daddy's little cutie
so fine never see you leaving by the backdoor, ma-an
why and how did chief prevent this man from ollieing el toro first?
i want to listen/watch but i don't have the time.
-
Shit’s pretty entertaining so far. He’s got some pretty good stories.
-
Jamie Thomas continues to be exposed as being the worst dude ever.
Sucks how these guys always have to sugar coat the Jamie stories to cover their ass, but most of us can read between the lines, and glad to have the stories see the light of day.
-
i dont want to listen or watch it, can you give me a time stamp of when he talks about JT

Well, he got the navy to admit it so he's on to something.

they didn’t admit anything about aliens. Probably some futuristic russian or chinese spy drones that we don’t know about yet

Either way, Tom is pushing the conversation forward. Have to give him credit for that.

It could have been half as long and still just as informative.

Ha not many people will get that reference, good work!
basically he JT wanted Ragdoll to ollie the 'one more try' set as a warm up, in a line. ended up getting hurt on it, that lead to him not being able to skate tampa am. its an entertaining story that ends with ragdoll appearing at the zero team hotel room whilst unknowingly wearing a baker shirt.

Does anyone know if there's any mention of Vinnie Vegas in here?

Well I just went down a rabbit hole of UfO conspiracies for a bit. lol It was a good episode. Wish the dude all the best (and Tom...fuck) those negative thoughts are a motherfucker.

DID THEY TALK ABOUT HIS BALLS?
-
DID THEY TALK ABOUT HIS BALLS?
Yep, at the end of the video pretty much (3:31:31).....He breaks it down when Chris asks if Ragdoll still skates/rolls around.
-
I think Avril Lavigne broke his heart tbh
-
They should of asked about the guitar
-
One of my favourite episodes so far, always liked ragdoll and it was good to see him open about things, seems like a really sincere guy.
Its such a running theme in nine club guests whenever they mention the muska to say how humble and cool he is and pretty much make jamie thomas seem like a strict kook. I get that he was trying to get the best out of everyone but god damn
-
Growing up in Vegas I've always heard stories from multiple people (quite a few people actually) of how he was such a prick. Whether it's stories of him yelling at little kids at the local park for getting in his way or stories of him picking random fights with people at parties just for the hell of it or him just being a cocky self entitled dude, he has never been made out to seem like someone who wasn't a prick from people I've talked to.
It's good to see after all these years though that he has humbled himself quite a bit and now seems like a quite a stand up dude, and as others have said he's pretty damn sincere. Definitely wasn't expecting this at all.
From the D3 story to the Jamie Thomas stories, tons of good stories so far. Still haven't finished it all yet, a little over half way through, but so far this is my favorite episode in a while.
-
I’m sure I’m not the only one that wants to shake rick Howard’s hand.
-
Didn’t hate this episode. A guest that is willing to spare no details and actually talk candidly can usually save the lackluster hosting.
-
Best one since Neck Face. He's a real one - this one's up there with the Muska episode.
Solid, funny stories, then he hashes out some heavy personal stuff in detail - explains the mental mechanics behind what he was going through fairly well too. The gifts at the end were highly thoughtful (probably top three ever, in that regard), shit had me cracking up. Proud of ya, Scalamere.

I've known Anthony for 20 years and I can say from many years of hanging and partying with him he is not a dick and I've never seen him once pick a fight with anyone. I have seen him beat 3 jocks up once at the hard rock for them talking shit to Sammy Baptista. Anthony is as real as they get and is a great human.
-
that was a quality episode. glad that he is doing all right after years of speculation on his emancipated body.
-
Time stamp on the depression discussion? I feel like I remember hearing he was bullimic or something at one point.
-
Honestly didn't think the Jamie story was that bad. Made Jamie look more like a dumbass than a jerk.
-
i dont want to listen or watch it, can you give me a time stamp of when he talks about JT
Nope. Put your time in lol
-
This is one of the best episodes they've had, ever.
Cant believe I'm saying that either. I recommend watching it
-
Never in a million years did I expect this guy to be so self aware. Every bad thing you ever thought about him, he likely thought it too, and worse. His skating was a breath of fresh air when he came on the scene.
Glad he had the balls to keep living in this hard world.

Dude has a beautiful mind.
The 30 minutes of shitting on Vinnie was as justifiable as entertaining.

Was curious about this one as well...

Best episode in a bit, seems like someone who has grown and learned from life experience. Some other thread said he’s looking for a job in the industry. I hope that happens, guys like this could be a helpful manager for dudes coming up
-
I hope he finds a job outside of skateboarding so he can actually make a living. And continue to love skateboarding. Because those are two things you rarely do with an industry job.
