i used to work in the supplement industry for many year. i know a decent amount about body building and stuff.. with that said, he could be natural.. at his age, it is harder to say lean than a 20 something year old. height also plays a role in body physique as well. if he is like 5"8, then it is easier to have that thick look than if you 6"0 or something.
he may be on something, test, etc.. but it is definitely possible to do it natural and be his size.
did he have shoulder surgery or something.. look at his left shoulder (right from our view) it seems to square off or something...

He's probably on something... If he isn't then he's gotta be eating like 4500 calories a day and doing everything he can to recover. Even if it's a year, he's bulked up quite a bit.
Steroids usually just help you recover so you can train to the max more frequently making the bulking up process quicker.

Well yeah, dude was in prison/was a meth head so of course he's working out like crazy and eating a ton of calories. He's an addict so I assume he's taking stupid amounts of hgh for him to get that big ship fast.

He’s really not that jacked. Keep in mind he’s about 5’6” and that was right after working out obviously so he’s all pumped up. I doubt he weighs over 170

I take ADHD medication similar to Adderall. I take it in the morning and can go usually most of the day without eating but i never ate breakfast and even lunch was around 3pm before I had meds. Around 6:00 p.m. my hunger comes back pretty big and I end up eating most of my calories after 6:00 p.m. I lost about 5 to 7 pounds initially and I've been on it for a year so I don't plan on losing anymore weight but I did drop a few pounds at the beginning. I've never tried meth but know people who have and they just stay up for days and drop like 5 pounds in a week. Since I truly have adhd it calms me down and helps me focus doesn't make me speedy. Im sure if I were to re dose continually through the day like meth users do I would lose a lot of weight as its clearly an appetite suppressant. Vyvanse is prescribed for binge eating disorder and its an adhd med.....

Read the IG post. He says he was running around smoking speed. I've never been addicted to meth but I've snorted it and vaped it and it felt exactly the same as when I used to pop adderall like skittles so smoking speed is basically the same.

It's hard to find out from one video where the truth lies here. Indeed, from the one side, that's true, and people off drugs like that and in and out of prison are on what's available to them. On the other side, he is really athletic and not pumped with stimulants. He looks pretty natural, and perhaps by nature, he is just a reasonably active person. IMO It depends a lot on genetics and on if you have ever been big in the past. He was pretty swole when he came out of prison so I think he could be natural. I hope for him he keeps that lifting and possibly hgh abuse at a healthy level.

If you train properly, eat clean and sleep enough - the results will come for sure. One additional thing I would recommend you from my own experience is supplements. I personally use several supplements from rats.army (https://rats.army/). To be precise, it is creatine, bcaa and protein. It helps me to better recover and to keep a high amount of proteins in my nutrition per day.

And that's the thing though. You can achieve these results in this thread but it would require way more fucking time, focus and hard work than any of these dudes are putting in. A lot of bodybuilders and lifters kind of excuse it by saying they're still putting in hard work but it's like saying everybody else that is living a fitness lifestyle not looking like them isn't. Everybody is working hard. Everybody is dieting. They don't use the drugs and maybe they wouldn't have the same response to their protocol if they took the same shit but to downplay the effectiveness of enhancements is hilarious. All that matters is people focus on themselves in the gym and being better than they were yesterday. The juice heads trade the length of their life with what they're putting in their system so it's a coin toss with their actually health. Muscles and strength do not mean someone is healthy whatsoever and it took me awhile to understand that. Biebel could be looking like shit on his blood work for all we know (and he probably is).

Finally found some common sense on here…
Leanness or even relative size aren't giveaways for usage. He seemed to bulk up quick. Steroids will give you much more bang for your buck as well. Another thing to consider is muscle memory. Dude was locked up for a minute and got a program in over that time so it could've just been him getting on the weights and putting the gains back on. Hella athletes that use PEDs and look stringy as fuck. Runners, cyclists, marathoners, etc. all twigs and can be on the sauce with no go to signs of usage at first glance.

My old roommate use to do steroids. Idk which ones like CLEN or what but he was jacked like abs and muscle. Like me and my other roommate had a joke never to bring girls over if he was there because they would instantly go for him. Long story short you can be lean on steroids but there’s different types and you have to know exactly how to use them. Like they will fuck up your hormones and shit.
