thought with a dedicated film board, we could use a thread you can post your vids in, obviously some of you get your stuff posted on photos/video, but between us filmers i thought it'd be nice to give each other some feedback or whatever.
here's some stuff i dropped the last year.

In reverse chronological order, the last video I made (2019):

(4x3 HD on GH5/AC90)
The one before that (2018):
http://vimeo.com/304979288
(Normal HD mostly HPX/Xtreme)
Before that (2017):
http://vimeo.com/201234994

And before that (2015):

Bit of a break in between that one and the one before (2011):

(VX1000/MK1)
And then before that one (2010):
http://youtu.be/Zl_NblpKWCM
(Bit of a mix but mainly VX1000/MK1 and DVX100)
And the first one, not in full, but as a playlist which may not work (2009):
http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL703EBFA56EE8F930
(Mostly DVC30/MK1)
There are some more that I either filmed most of and didn't edit, or that I edited but didn't film all of. Those are all videos that I (mostly) filmed and edited.

I only watched Best Before, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Good tunes, no bullshit, fisheye is close but not too close, long lens is tight but not too tight, titles are just right. also Tom Robinson is tight and the mini-cone relay manny was sick.

Now that I can do it I want to upscale that stuff to HD sometime:

A documentary on the Vladimir Film Festival in Croatia, although George Toland and Rémi Luciani filmed most of the skating. Starts out slow on purpose with the main interviewee struggling with his introduction and then picks up.

The first two full length videos I made are not online. "Video", from 2001 was VHS. Sold a bunch across Canada. The second one, "The Burning Whale Project", was for Homegrown Skateboards in 2005. It was DVD.
Here's a few of the longer edits I have up online...
The G9 Summit, made using a Canon G9 Powershot with the MK1 adapted to fit on it. Fun homie video vibes, nothing serious. Got a few heads in it though.

This one is an edit I made from a 5 week trip to San Diego/LA in 2018. I was really happy to get so much footage in such a short time after a pretty bunk Barcelona trip earlier in the year.

I put together the edit normally then exported it as images. I deleted 1/2 of them to make it easier then painted over the top of each image using Procreate. Turned those into animations and then replaced the video in the original edit with the animations while leaving the sound. There's probably an easier way but this is the route I went.

This is the first "edit" I've ever made in my life. Never really filmed anything before apart from homies now and again with my phone but it's always been something I wanted to learn.
I feel like I need to get closer/lower a bit on my angles, I'm always worried about cutting off heads/boards etc. Any tips there (or feedback/tips in general) would be very appreciated.
Setup:
GoPro Hero 9
Max Lens and Media Mods
Amazon Cam Caddie
Filmed at 1440p 4:3 60fps
GoPro colours with some correction in Premiere.

I liked that a lot. Seems like a productive and fun crew you have. And those spots are hella cool.
May I ask, which diameter the opteka fisheye lens has? I am currently using a 37mm fisheye and want to upgrade to a bigger one, but I am not sure which one. So far, I am tending to the 52mm one. I put a link to the website here.

A little something I worked on with a mate for his wee company. Featuring some of the UK's top mukkas having a bash at some crusty street and tran spots around the South and East of England last summer.
A mixture of Canon XF100, HMC150, then a Canon HF-S10 and an unknown 4K handheld camera for some B-Roll bits.

Two music-less edits I made of two separate indoor sessions we've had here in Kentucky. This indoor almost mall type of place was doing renovations and had a vacant area. The owner of the area is a skater and somehow got this whole thing going. We've been doing Monday night sessions there for the past month and it's been spectacular. Here are the videos I got of the last two sessions.

Both are filmed with a Canon 80d EOS. Small snippet in the second one was filmed with my Panasonic HCX-2000.

Made a little video over the summer time. First video I’ve ever filmed and edited. Filmed on a tapeless VX2100 set up.

I made this little mini ramp video over the winter. I learned very quickly that mini ramp videos are hard to make interesting and easy to lose what its actually like skating them when translated to video ....but I tried.
