This new Axion revival is so damn wack. They did one alright retro shoe, that everyone was raving about (even tho I think its not that well done), a bunch of dekline/vox looking new silhouettes and a dropped Supra 2015 design (aka "magikal") to back it up. Then they got the lamest squad together, Sierra Fellers?! Nick Fucking Tucker?!

Axion wasn’t cool back in the day either. I had Axion “Officials” in like 2000-2001 and they were my least favorite skate shoes next to the weird tech Vans Hassan 3’s which seem to be almost erased from the Internet.

A friend of mine bought them and he was psyched. But I’m into sneakers and thought they were not that great. Nothing was 100% correct. The paneling, the air bubble, font, tongue etc. It was all off, and the construction wasn’t that great either...
Anyway tins of people were psyched, but objectively speaking... not a great retro at all.

A friend of mine bought them and he was psyched. But I’m into sneakers and thought they were not that great. Nothing was 100% correct. The paneling, the air bubble, font, tongue etc. It was all off, and the construction wasn’t that great either...
Anyway tins of people were psyched, but objectively speaking... not a great retro at all.
Might just be the slight alterations they have to make to re release it. I own them, it scratches the 20 year old itch
