Aurélien Giraud was the first to come to mind. He needs some quality control, and street footage exposes the fact that his style is pretty stink
Dylan Jaeb namely because he doesn't really have any street footage but that casual bouncy style doesn't translate as well to the street stuff I've seen

yeah i see what u mean by shanahan as well but i dont think thats really a diss on him that is just the direction of DGK and his fanbase,. his instagram shit is jus tsuch gold but his video part was still excellent. the instagram stuff is probably worth a lot more money than the video parts though i imagine

I really believe that's because nobody is showcasing him enough. Numbers is doing all of their riders a huge disservice by being so fuckin lazy and nike doesn't do nearly enough with him.

I feel that a lot of people's skating has to go trough a mill with editing and music, who might steer your attention away from single trick style, dismount, etc.
Imagine seeing the machinegun zero videos as instagram clips for example.

I think for me it’s the fun factor more so than the filming editing thing. When a skater is doing things for fun their true style and creativity gets to peek out. His parts are loaded with tons of great lines, bangers and switch skating but his insta clips show the weird tricks he can do at skateparks or on banks and shit.. it’s just more inspiring to me.

true, you get the sketchy landings, the weird first tries and all.
I guess that the phone footage comes across as more genuine and less structured. That's why I'm conflicted at times.
You'll see someone's video "part" and you'd wish that they (skater, filmer and editor) had done a good job keeping your attention for 3/4 minutes while you're thinking about someone's insta story.

What the hell do you mean by Frenchman style? Two of the most stylish skaters I can think of were both french in Lucas and JB.
