Those events are in reverse order. He approached the kids on the ramp AFTER the 'beeping' campaign. The beeping campaign was a result to him taking his opposition to the new park (still yet to be built) to a higher court. He is a part of a tiny minority that think Blackpill is not fit for the park because of the location, no parking etc... but really b/c he has a monstrosity of a house right opposite. Anyway, he's backed down now.
I'd encourage a boycott of his business, The Trade Center Wales, instead of beeping outside his house. Don't stoop...

It is not that United. Ireland is two countries (one in the EU, one in the UK) and its own language. Scotland has its own parliament, own language and many Scots want to leave the UK. Wales has its own assembly, its own language and some Welsh people want to leave the UK. Many people on the fringes of Britain (ie away from SE England) dislike the centralized government in Westminster.
In the Olympics we will all be one team (except the Republic Of Ireland). In football and rugby we are separate teams...
I'm Welsh, don't speak my own language (massively suppressed in Wales until the 1950s but is likely the oldest language among these islands, still widely spoken in the UK) with a British passport, who is anti-monarchy.

Northern Ireland most notably Conhuir Lynn skated for Slave and featured in Radio Television. His brother Dennis skates for National Skateboards along with up and coming Derry skater Dee Collins who recently got the cover of Skateboarders Companion Magazine in the UK.
Welsh notable skaters as mentioned Chris Jones and Chris Pulman also Matt Pritchard of Dirty Sanchez fame was the 1st Pro for Panic (Blueprint was a sister company to Panic) in the 90s ahead of team mates like Paul Shier and Mark Baines.

Him and his wife really didn't help him or the other residents cause to not have the park there coming up to those kids like that. Although he's objected I still imagine there'll be further pushbacks with the park.
Not a lot of people understand with his offer of £500,000 for the park to be somewhere else, we'd still need to sort out the relevant planning permission and what not for wherever the new location will be. But fuck him anyways, he can't just throw his weight around like this and plus his 'mansion' is more of an eyesore that park will ever be. I feel sorry for his neighbours.

There's a busy main road and some trees dividing/ seperating the skatepark from this bloke's house. There was a halfpipe there before he moved in. No sympathy for this entitled wanker.
