There is some Trip-hop album from the 90’s, Morcheeba/Portishead era, and one of the musicians skated.
They used to sound of him skating a mini ramp to a beat. But I can’t remember for the life of me who did it. It was on on of my girlfriend’s CDs, she was into trip hop.

this one obviously isn't actually about skating but it totally could be (isolated from the song) and the extended mix of the song actually emphasises this line too.
great song and the word "skate" just alerts my brain
2:20ish
"Skating bullets on angel dust"
