Jenkem is just that dude Ian Michna who started it. It’s not like Jim Theibeud started a magazine or someone cool. Just a rando who wanted to be in the skate industry. Skateboarding doesn’t owe him anything and based on their interviews they constantly kook it.

Well hate is too strong of a word. For me it's more like whatever "yeah ok.....cool man" is. Off the top of my head I thought it was a group of people not just one, so already I'm more lenient. Generally do interviews like this where the person just ends up looking like a total spoilt dickhead. Were fucking going for it when they first started and quickly let off the gas/ became off brand vice. Typically go for low hanging fruit with actually kinda bland takes at best. About as funny as an open mic'ers bit on selfie sticks being dumb. But obviously it's just my (not very well thought out) opinion.

She went out of her way to make this statement but also lamented the fact that all the valley goons still say the “f” word. I don't think she said anything totally slanderous, especially if you read the whole interview rather than just some cherry picked quotes, but she also doesn't come across as someone I'd like to hang out with. If she wasn’t in Booksmart, would she be known as anything other than the 3rd girl/1st non Japanese girl on Deathwish? She should have some elitist attitude when she’s def in the 2nd or 3rd round of women skaters sponsors are picking up (1st wave being the Nora, Lizzie, alexis post grad school, etc)
