I'me sure everyone's seen his part already but if not, watch it as it's fucking amazing. That and a cover, building DIYs out of his own pocket while working, all without a pro board/shoe etc. Give this man SOTY and and pro board at once, he is the spirit of skateboarding.

Part was so good, I've said the same thing about him being the spirit of skateboarding. Getting a sesh with him last winter was a highlight of my years skating so far. Would be stoked to see him as a SOTY

Getting a sesh with him at his DIY last winter was a top 5 moment of my years skating so far. Would be stoked to see him win SOTY or even just be in the running for it.

I agree SOTY.

They seriously need to make a line in the sand that the Suciu barge isn’t a recipe for SOTY and to remind fools it’s just a thrasher taste choice. Giving it to Gall would be a sick move as he’s a lifer who’s hung onto it and still rips.

i mean they already gave him a portrait cover shot and all this publicity is definitely helping him make some money

I know Thrasher has taken some jabs at Slap in the past, but do you think them giving Freddy a cover was an attempt to appease us? I think the writers at Thrasher are shook, and now recognize the Slap forums as a legitimate voice in the world of skateboarding.

I doubt it had anything to do with Slap. Freddy stands on his own merits.
