Good shit, love learning about skate history from the horses mouth. Look Back Library and @blurst_of_times doing god's work to archive our collective culture.

Always loved Shiloh's First Love part, guys like him and Cooper Wilt have a great eye for spots:

Dude that first love part is so good! Honestly a fantastic transworld video overall.

I remember being 13/14 when this came out, living in Southern California and it seemed like the only skating out there was either the zero route of handrail/stair oneupping or the schoolyard tech, so seeing this part with street grabs, some ledge dancing, and funky lines was super new and refreshing. Wish we had gotten a few more parts out of the Shiloh resurgence.

Did you see his “Skateboarding Is Dead” part? That’s a good one from that era as well.

damn I’ll have to check it now.

Yeah that was awesome! Dude was ahead of the coming trends in skating by about 5-10 years. Crazy that that was during the second chapter of his career too.

He was one of the few guys in the 2000s who had a good eye for spots, not just hammers or overly tech. Polejams, wall rides, going at ledges from strange angles. Kyle Leper too.

Such a dope style. New World Order part is my personal fav, but the Transworld part was the most unique. Coming from the World camp and that aesthetic, it was really cool to see him exploring other avenues of skating - his transition skating and blend of old/new school were just as satisfying as his tech street stuff.
