I didn't think the filming was bad at all. It's nowhere near as zoomed as any recent Strobeck videos (Mind Goblin). In the video description, Strobeck is listed as an additional filmer some of the angles people have been complaining about could be from him.
Really enjoyed this video. The voicemail for Mike combined with the Mary J Blige song was a nice touch.

Odwyer killed it. I didn’t think that booger slide was even that bad, seen way worse in recent years. At least he was fully 90 degrees. So glad as someone else said he’s on death wish. Would love to see him take the traditional route of full parts either stand-alone or in videos and not the supreme/coolguy route of just clips in montages here and there.

Nothing against O'Dwyer, his contribution (the skateboarding) was really really good. But the face zoom on almost every trick... I think we've hit a point where it's not new anymore and personally the novelty of it has worn off completely and it was too distracting to me in this one. Just clip after clip after clip.

yeah Harry has already contributed clips for Violet so he already feels like he has a pass to film this way. it's just so tired and formulaic to rely on subject-oriented panning and zooming for what feels like at least half the tricks. i remember Jason Hernandez saying how he loved long lens for how versatile it is. to me, a variety of angles not only makes it more engaging and unpredictable to watch, but it just demonstrates more creativity and originality to mix it up.

I thought he was flow for Hockey before Deathwish officially am'd him? I know he had that clip in the Violet video, but I didn't realize he was possibly going to be on Fat Bill's company. If that's true, then yeah, thank Bog and definitely good on him. He dodged a bullet and we were spared seeing shirtless, sub-Terry Richardson photos of him all over Bill's Instagram.
