I think they look pretty good. Not my style necessarily but looks like good design. There's an art teacher who's big into fishing and always wears Vans at my school. I'm gonna show him these badboys and see what he thinks. Could be the perfect crossover.

Who is macrkodt? And wallner as in patrick? These shoes are pretty bad. Look like poor quality versions of shoes that already exist in hundreds of other brand lines.

I feel like these are just more of the "skate shoes disguised as dress shoes" brands that have been popping up a little more. Pretty meh.

Used to squeeze my size 13/14 feet into 11s and rip out insoles and any extra lining/padding. At the time it seemed worth it but years later I think I wouldn't recommend it

I find it pretty economically „brave“ of them to start a shoe company but they‘re not my cup of tea

Ya know I’m not really sure, I think it was Avril before and I just was like why don’t I find a skate celebrity to replace it with. Always thought she was dope too, she like works with kids and stuff and I always kinda respected that stuff, and her.

yes, I also think they are overestimating the "brand" value of their video series, despite the series being really great. I doubt it'll translate into shoe sales -- but hopefully it'll work out

I like Mackrodt & Wallner - good guys, Mackrodt is a great skater and was one of the more interesting euro guys...
doing his own stuff / projects . general spoken - starting a own shoe brand with this aesthetic - at this time of his personal career he ist 10-15 years to late. in early 2000 - this coud be a hit.

I like the high top, would be nice in all Brown. The lows would look good in some better colors too. I'm way too cheap to pay that much for skate shoes, but hope the shoes sell well enough. Judging by the interview its small quantities, so hopefully works out for him.
