Title: Vox Shoes?
Post by: koots on May 08, 2007, 05:45:05 PM
What do you think of them?

I've heard very little about them except that they used to be 88.

I just discovered that a buddy of mine is the importer/distrubutor for them here.

He sending me a couple pairs os the strubing's today.

I got the strubings in 11.  I probably could rock a 10.5 but it might be a bit on the tight side.  They're super comfy and I like them a lot.

Loving my Hewitt's.  They run maybe a half-size small, but since they're a half-cab like shoe, that's okay--stretches to fit after a few sessions.

Backable team, all their employees skate, even the sales reps - which is a rarity.
Super affordable.
Some of them have fit kind of strange, but recently theyve fixed a bunch of the weirdness.

i've had the hewitts and the dreamland troopers.
i really liked them. tough, good board feel, and the burgundy color of the dreamlands is to die for.
if you like padding, though, they're not for you.

They have some nice models, they look similar to Osiris.
looks and performance are two different things, if your buying them just for the looks i advise you not to buy them.

I meant that they look like they skate like Osiris' , I usualy buy shoes for there performance, I go by "function before fashion" .
