Nostalgia aside, i think their crew now is the best they ever had. I just want to see Jake Johnson skating more with them and that'd be perfect.

I don't know if this guy rehabilitated or paid his dues. But the fact that he was caught hanging out in that video with Yonnie Cruz is what makes it hard for me to believe he got better and enjoy his footage.

Those dudes were notorious for being aggressive with security guards before the incident happened that left a human being with permanent brain damaged. I don't know how you all support that.

Let’s not forget that Brian Delatorre started the whole fight and he’s still on Habitat and Cons. I think he even left the country after to avoid any possible charges. Pablo Ramirez died right after going to Jesse’s court hearing so these dumbasses caused multiple tragedies.

Downtown areas are for the public to use. Not for skyscraper storage and safekeeping.. security guards have a long standing history of being chest thumpers so guess what. People like that end up biting off more than they can chew. Personally tho, I'd find it more admirable if only fists were used, but in a street fight, which the guard provoked, anything can happen. This should be known. Pick a fight and anything can happen. Jaywalking is illegal too but if someone gets physical with you about it, you have every right to retaliate. This is reality not Sunday school. People live in reality.

Good skaters, sure, but the cool-guy aesthetic quickly turns to second-hand embarrassment around age 25.
To be honest, at this point I just assume everyone in that crew, by association, sucks. Just imagine a local crew of ~30yo skaters notorious for spreading stds, fighting security guards, and scammy gofundme’s. After two or three incidents it’s hard not to roll your eyes and assume they’re all dicks.

l’m not saying this event wasn't a shitshow. Don't worry, I feel no discomfort about Vieira.
Skaters AND guard were in the wrong here (hence the trial conclusions).
And chirurgy is what made the guard's dome look like that.
