Title: Lunacid - Modern King's Field style game
Post by: Theme For A Jackal on November 07, 2023, 07:15:26 AM
Hey y'all. Been following this game Lunacid through it's Early Access period the past year and it recently launched the 1.0 version. It's kind of a modern take on a King's Field style game... obscure dungeon crawler game with a focus on exploration and vibes. Imagery is super dark and the music is awesome. Just wanted to see if anyone else was playing or was into this style of game?

I'll definitely play it once I have the time. Grew up playing dungeon crawlers on a pc but never tried any of the King's Field games. Didn't finish Slasher's Keep, Legend of Grimrocks feel too dated with the grid-based movement and Graven seems to be a dud (also less of a dungeon crawler than an action based spiritual successor to games like Hexen 2). Lunacid should be right up my alley.
