Ha I'm in the background of the ender eating a sandwich. Only caught the end of the hillbomb but figured it was likely a GX guy. Was there for the day with my family, while on a vacation visiting my aunt in San Jose. I remember thinking of giving him props when he was walking past us after the bomb and my sister was congratulating him, but I was too focused on my sandwich haha Got it nearby at Molinari's deli. Ordered chicken cutlet and I swapped out the mayo for some basil spread and god damn was it good! I had a sausage sandwich there right before that and was questioning my decision of getting a second sandwich as they were VERY pricey and also big but god am I glad I got that second sandwich. Was an even bigger highlight of my trip than witnessing that hill bomb :)

I don’t think they were saying this Gibbs was the other Gibbs, just that GX has long had the taint of many of the worst dudes in skateboarding. None of the new GX dudes seem to have a bad wrap though - they should just become nu-Think
