Title: Snakes smell like shit…Sam Cunningham
Post by: IUTSM on April 11, 2024, 05:57:18 PM
Just wanna throw some appreciation Sam’s way. Super cool dude, humble, and always fun to skate with. Dude’s tattooing and still skating at 61.

Glad to see this. He’s still skating fast and ripping and looks like he’s built a mini in his garage now.

Yeah, man. Sam is a rad dude. We were briefly living in the same small town before i moved last year and the early AM sessions were nice and mellow

One of the nicest guys ever. He came here in the late 80’s sometime for a shop demo. With Dave Crabb of all people…
Anyway, they both took time to teach a bunch of us how to “nollie” tail slide.( the turn on slappy style) It was more like a skate school. I always thought that was cool. Super supportive.

Before Tommy, before Natas or Mark, this guy Sam was my 1st “street skater” hero.
Few decades later, we’re familiars & dude turns out to be as rad as you’d ever hope for your early idols to be.
I love Sam; three cheers to that guy!
