dont really feel like paying an overpriced hipster company (wesc) for a normal flannel. anyone know what you would call this type?

There isn't a name for the type of flannel.  However, there would be a name for the design and colour of the pre-cut material.  My girl is a fashion designer, I'll ask her if I remember.
