How about Jon Allie's one in one of the Zero videos?
And The Butcher did kickflip back tail on Hubba Hide-out, way before MJ, although it's technically not a handrail of course.

the butcher didn't do it on Hubba before MJ. MJ was the first to do it in a video, but I'm sure some hometown hero somewhere probably half-assed it at some point before that.

yes, i was trying it along time ago before it first got capped, kind of like the berg i went there on 2 seperate ocassions, both times i would start landing on it and i would end up getting over confident and go to back lip and get thrown on to my back, the second time i tried it, i knocked the wind out of myself and jacked my knee bad enough to put me out for a few weeks
