If you follow PJ and keep up with his board journey, he's been working on a custom mold for many years. Started with PS Stix, then went to Control and looks like he finally found what he was looking for with DSM. I'm a big fan, have been keeping up with all this and stoked he's finally selling what he's been working on. I ordered one and I'm excited to try it out!

PJ is still relevant and it’s cool he is trying to be to his own brand. The second I saw he was doing batb I tuned in to every game. He spoke in Alexis episode and it was trippy. One of the last mysterious skaters from the early 2000’s. And he appears to still be as good as ever.
This board isn’t for me but so cool it exists and he is so meticulous about the specifics.

I want to skate the 8.125... 14.12 sounds enticing (14 is too small for me).
If he didn't wear the kundalini yoga headpiece he'd probably have a pro shoe on New Balance right now.

the length on the 8.38 is really interestingif those dimensions are correct. that would make it longer than my 9x33.25. Esp since it says they're measuring straight length not along the curve. I often wish my 9" deck was more like 34 inches or so.
actually i'm not sure those dimensions listed make sense with the listed WB nose and tail, i think something might be off
edit: just saw the picture showing the press on the board has it stamped as 32.38 length, so the text description on the website is a typo

It’s funny I was thinking a while ago that I want to try off size decks and they might work better for me but it was hard to find a good selection and now I’m noticing a lot of decks specifically made in off sizes. Not sure if I’m just noticing it more or it’s becoming a bigger thing lately.
I’m also thinking I might prefer DSM wood so I might end up trying one of these. The only thing is I also want to start trying twin nose decks and the next deck I buy will most likely be one but no idea if I’ll like it or not since I don’t think I’ve ever ridden a twin before.

Got really excited to try this, then found no UK shipping option :(

Wonder how much of that 85 bucks is going to the 3HO cult

Anybody order one of these yet? That 7.9 deck checks almost every box for me. I'm very intrigued. The only thing I don't care for is the Resin 7 stiffness. I like a deck with some flex. I love how he listed the kick angles.

OP, I’m interested in finding out how closely you will inspect your board once you receive it and how you will utilize that information.

lol, I didn't realize the Rebel INS graces these boards.

Dwindle used to run a few different molds, with different concaves and nose/tail angles.
For kicks, the steep was something around 22 or 23 degrees, and mellow was around 21 and flat was sub 20.
I was always looking for the flattest nose and tail, and couldn’t ever track one down.
I did have one medium/medium zero deck, but never saw another brand run the medium/medium.
So it seems like these might be the medium kick which is cool.

Is anyone with a science background bothered by the faux precision of those measurements? 7.9375"? Really? On a curved wooden object that is routed/sanded by hand? Centered drilling? groundbreaking. "prof" Schmitt's "two fingers of flat" is just as precise as this bullshit.

8.38 - Wheelbase 14.25 × Length 33.27, and I thought the Habitat Twins at 32.5" were as long as they'd go.

I like dsm wood. I learned I don’t like long boards tho at least not in 8.125 or else that one would be perfect 🙁

it's a misprint on the website. photo of the press on the board has it stamped as 32.38 length, so the text description on the website is a typo
