he's a lot better in this one. idk it's enjoyable. he knows these dudes and has a bunch of skate nerd knowledge to ask lee. i haven't finished it yet though

Absolutely agree with you. This guy feels like a supervisor attempting to mask his anger or frustration. Like sorta nice but also let's it fly. He seems to get loud a lot.
And Mission Statement was really good. Thoughtful, well put together, in a nice studio, guests that I mostly admire. I miss those.

yaje lost like 30 aura points after that one. reminded me of my fried ass soundcloud rapper cousin that took too much acid and posts woo woo spiritual grift stuff on instagram all the time now

I couldn't get through more then 5 minutes of the AO podcast. I'm now listening to the Lee Smith one, since I love all the stories about the old days. But the interviewer is pretty terrible. He talks too over Lee a lot and goes on random tangents that don't go anywhere. He then randomly brings on a guy to talk about glass blowing for 4 minutes?!? Just ask questions that make sense and let the guest talk.
