After a private hearing at the Family Division in London, judge Mrs Justice Baron said she was concerned about the “mother and baby being unable to live a normal family life”.
The judge also ruled that Alfie, of Eastbourne, East Sussex, should be able to “live his life and return to school in a normal way”.
