This trivia question actually taught me something in that I never knew it was a bail shot. I always thought BA's was rad, but always thought he was the second to do it, and thought it was odd when people listed tricks done on it and didn't mention the earlier shot.
Also odd... penny had that famous tws bail shot front blunt cover... what is it with that trick!

bumpnrun- i just removed your post because the contest is still going and giving away the answer kind of fucks up all the people who entered already and actually knew the answer, just makes it less likely for them to win and we want to reward the people who really know! not that it's a hard one to begin with, but...
