I'm gonna have to say the Skateboard Mag is one of the worst covers of all time. Fuckin' rocket backflip. As if that's not bad enough, there's no take off and landing shown for perspective so the photo itself is poor. And the main thing that comes across to any viewer is the mighty:

I always fucking hate the fonts and typography that Skateboard Mag uses, they consistently manage each month to make it seem as if they have no layout direction whatsoever. And why anyone would choose that cover photo in the first place is beyond me.

who is it? dompierre? It's an awesome trick but I'm not sure if it was cover material. They put the words over the stairs so it's harder to see that there's a huge drop. I'm still giving my vote to skateboarder.

Any of you kids ever seen Dompierre without a beanie on or something on his head? He's like Mikey Taylor with the headwear and it kind of bothers me. Good skater though, racking up the covers; just got Thrasher a few issues back.
