you're an idiot. that wasn't some police officer in his late 20s, that was some security guard over the age of 60 who had clearly been telling the dude to stop more than once. as such, the cross dresser figured he had nothing to worry about (he's old, not a real cop, etc.), and planned to keep skating until he landed his trick, putting the security guy's job in jeapordy. clearly, telling him to stop wasn't going to work, so he exerted physical force. i'd say he was justified.

i think the reasonable thing for the security guard to do would have been to call the cops. however, what the skater did was cowardly and despicable. just because a little kid attacks me dosen't mean i am going to fight back. if the guard actually exhibited a threat to him i would understand, but that guard couldn't do shit to him he was just looking for an excuse to beat up an old person. i hope some police department sees this video and arrests this kid for assualt. i also hope he has to wear that hideous shirt for an extended prison sentence and gets the shit raped out of him.

the security guard was defending the right of the company which hired him to preserve their private property, something which is integral to any free society. say you have a lawn that is perfect for soccer, that is your own private property and you have the right to regulate anything that happens on it. kids cannot just go on your lawn and play soccer and then enter your house for snacks afterwords because if they could there really wouldn't be any incentive to work to gain money to own that property. the skater wasn't defending his rights, because he had no right to be trespassing onto that property. this is something that i keep in mind every time that i skateboard and if somebody asks me to leave i might try the trick a few more times if they are being a dick, but i would never physically attack them unless they were putting my life in legitimate danger (which legally would give me a right to do so).
