My hands get really dry and crackily when it's cold, I just bring a bottle of lotion with me when I skate.

i have raynaud's syndrom so i have to wear gloves in like 65 degree weather

a whole day skating in gloves = holes in the thumb and index finger of the gloves from the griptiape. drop $10 on twenty dollar store gloves for the winter, hand them out to idiots who go out unprepared to skate in the winter.
I have these sweet gloves with leather-ish grip on the palms and palm sides of the fingers so I don't get a hole from grip tape. They're a life saver.

i get the garden gloves with the little rubber grips on em, put em over those $1.00 cotton gloves, and my hands are right as rain

I have the same dilema, my hands get real ichy and I end up rubbing my hands together a lot and look like I'm planning schemes instead of skating.
I'm telling you man, Lubriderm is where it's at!

i've got the same thing, it's annoying as fuck. i wear black nit gloves from the pharmacy for 2 bucks and usually cut the left thumb off.
i also have to wear a wrist guard year round now because of this shit. if i hit my hand it'll hurt for 3+ days non-stop.

Thats sick, yeah with lotion you don't have to worry about finding a pair of gloves that match your outfit.

Only when I just stepped on board, once I'm going my hands get to clammy to skate with them on.

I never really considered gloves, but the wind here's been really bad lately so I might grab a cheap pair. Those shocker gloves are rad.

yeah i tried those too but they are more working gloves.
i skated them ones and when i was done my fingers were all wrinkled like when you bathe too long

I too have this, I didnt know it was an actual problem. I dont mind it so much in my hands but i suck when it happens in my feet because it prevents me from skating
