I nominate T-Gunz' opening slam in Strange World. It may not be the gnarliest injury-wise, but it looked fuckin sick

living on the campus where that spot is made me cringe even more than a normal slam, I hope he goes back to ride it away fully.

I would have to go with Pat Burkes Kickflip to biker slam cuz it was hilarious...
