i'm guessing it's apples attempt to make pc's obsolete by creating a device like the iphone except bigger that you would make it so that casual pc users no longer need PCs. the iphone seems like it's almost there there and i'm sure the guys at apple were like fuck it, lets put the last nail in the PC coffin.

It will be a more expensive reading tablet, like all the others, just with more features for browsing the web and using apps. And probably some 'new' features what will be trendy and cool, but not nesscary. That's my guess anyways.

Google live new's feed is going off right now. like a new story every couple seconds. Basically this thing looks like a picture frame sized itouch. I think it is a really cool idea but couldn't justify spending the money on it. It would be nice to have around the house to just hop on the net whenever, as apposed to grabbing your laptop or sitting at at a desk clicking away.

I have an macbook pro these days, so it's nothing I need to buy. but if it's a mixture between a tablet and laptop it's a good thing. shit only needs usb and maybe some kind of screen adapter. perfect for presentation at school/little webbrowsing and maybe typing some stuff. nothing to do seriuos work on. wait 5 years from now on and maybe you can buy it.

What makes you think that? You can listen to music on your iphone while doing other shit, I dont see why they'd take the time to make a step backwards with this thing. The best use of this thing for me would be illustrator/photoshop/after effects, but it doesnt look like you'll be able to run it on this thing. As everyone already stated, its way too expensive. $500 for the top of the line would be reasonable. What the fuck would be the point in buying something with a 16gig hard drive in this day and age?

Yeah the iPod feature is probably still there. But you can't run two apps at once (Pandora and Safari or something). But this is running the iPhone 3.2 OS, so this really is a giant fucking iPhone with a faster processor. The only good I see this being good for is ebooks, video, blah.

From my research it is supposedly because Apple and Adobe have some beef with each other so Adobe won't make a bug fix. The only reason I use the internets at home is for youtube guitar lessons or watch an episode of South Park or the Office. So unless this bug get fixed I'd imagine a lot of people will be bummed they can't watch smooth flash videos. I'd want photoshop, too.

this thing is pretty badass. It would be tight to have one for sure. Its just I dont have 500 bucks lying around. If you were a serious business person or really into reading, this shit could be really awsome. But unlike the iPods I think this product is geared toward business aspects, and to rival E readers more than anything. So for the Kindle, Amazon peeps, this was just a huge kick in the ass.

Although it seems like you wouldn't be able to, now it's like clockwork and sets me up to try to control my dreams once I realize it (although a lot of times I wake up because I do realize I'm in a dream/sleeping).
The rest of stuff I have on there (about 25GB of different ambient music and subliminal/post-hypnotic/alpha wave stuff) include some Hearts of Space transmissions, some of the em:t catalog, etc. If you want more details, I can try to remember where I acquired some of it. Ever since I got a CPAP which controls my sleep apnea, I've been dreaming again. I used to have much better control of my dreams when I was in my teens, but it's fun trying to get that ability back.

the internet fucking sucks these days. slap is one of the only places niggas can get real.
in the 90s the internet was fucking awesome. everything was still underground. now shit is all virus'd out, fucking spywared out, its like skating man shit is straight skate stoppers now. you gotta fucking pay for everything now. its all fucked, and companies own everything too so now opinions are being filtered and shit. the people who write the software for this stuff are shaping your life. its a diss.
you know what i have noticed these last few weeks about the mac computers compared to PC:
1. they dont seem to slow down after running for days/weeks on end. my pc would always need a reboot after a bit. not that it really is that big a deal i just dont like having to do it.
2. they start up a lot quicker. pcs start up quick to begin with, but get a few gb of porno on there and you find yourself making coffee every time you boot up.
3. switching between applications causes no lag. i was watching a DVD on my friends mac book and he switched to an internet browser and fired up youtube and the DVD didnt flicker or nothing. if that was on my pc shit would be all fucked.
thats about it. they are really just time-savers. if you are patient then these factors would not affect your decision. but also it is way tougher to get virus on mac. i am smart about shit i download for the most part, but i got totally fucked last week. all i did was visit a website and my computer is now a paper weight. the kind of shit that is out there now is fucking ridiculous you dont even have to download a single thing you are just fucked for visiting a website.
the only thing i really need a computer for is porno. i think my brother has laptop from japan that is full of underground illegal anime, bukkake, torture,lesbian and gang bang porno. and probably regular shit too but who cares about that. i am probably jsut going to chill on that for a minute. maybe i will just quit jerking off. is that even possible? i dnot think it is.

yes this is the exact computer i was looking for. my friend has a few of these, they seem to be good little things. not real fast or anything but stable, solid. but fuck man, 600$ US for the cheapest model. it looks like it has half-decent specs, but i could almost buy a fucking sick laptop for that price. my friend who has this computer, he had one that burnt out within a year or two also. he has another one though, and it has been going for a steady 5 or 6. its risky man. fucking computers. might just get a 4 track "TASCAM" and say fuck the internet with a squid dick and just only visit slap when im at work.
fuck making beats on computers im through with it any fag can do it. in 100 years whos still gon be playin real instruments?

It has a headphone jack, stereo out and an attachable VGA out connector. Yeah I think that thing was made by my old boss, who used to have a love affair with his 6 year old HP tablet (which the table up top fails to mention, is a complete and total piece of shit).

thing is iphone has way better touch than the blackberry... so i wouldnt doubt the touch is way better on the tablet than it is on the HP tablet. its not even true touch its more like buttons you can press on the screen you cant really drag shit around the same way you can with the apple stuff.
