i was waiting for him to say "use the force motherfucker!" throughout the SW films but no, what a bummer.
his facial expressions and mannerisms tend to be the same in all his films. it also doesn't help that he usually plays the role of the angry black man whether its a starring or supporting role. he probably has more range as an actor but we'll never really get to see it.
jack black is also one dimensional even though i like most of the films hes in.

Yeah, Cazale was definitely one. He got to do so many roles in his long career of acting that one can easily typecast him as a one role wonder.

Leslie Nielsen is my favorite type-cast character actor. Aside from Creepshow, I can't think of shit else he's done where he isn't just his funny self. "I CAN HOLD MY BREATH FOR A LONG TIME!"
