I'm looking for an old photo of Justin Bokma nollie front heeling over a rail. I think it was in an old transworld, if anyone has the photo or knows what issue its in, please let me know. Here's a photo of the spot

Unless I'm imagining it, I'm pretty sure It was in a Transworld from around 1999/early 2000's that ran a Toronto article. There is a good chance that Scott Pommier shot the photo so you might wanna try to getting in contact with him.

that spot is actually kinda hard to skate. i ollied over it and fs 180d it but its hard even just to do that because you have like no time to set up once you ollie onto that bench it feels like 1 millisecond to move your feet.

Yea, i'm pretty sure it was Kettela that shot the photo, I forgot about the beef between Pommier and Bokma going back to the Trinity days.

What was the beef about? I know Scott used to try to show everyone up. I wouldn't be surprised if that had something to do with it.

The story I heard was that Pommier said something to the effect of "people who hang out at trinity have no life" and probably just talking shit and being a dick in general. Bokma sucker punched him in the back of the head apparently. This is the story I remember hearing.

Bokma is a beast on a board! You gotta see it in real life to appreciate it. Video just doesn't do him justice.
